oh the memories!

Whilst wandering around the kitchen in my dressing gown concocting a breakfast feast of turkey sandwich, twix and coffee, a song came on the radio which made all these memories come back..

The song was Keane's new one (I think it must be called under the iron sea..)

A few days ago I was sat in the car with post-work James and this song came on the radio.. The chorus begins with the phrase "oh crystal ball, crystal ball, save us all"

Now if you replace the words "crystal ball" with "Chris deBurgh" you will get the gist of what james was singing..

This is not a new thing for James.. When we first met at Sainsbury's we were stacking up our veg and singing Christmas carols (incidently it was in fact December) when James came out with what has now become a classic -

"Good King Wenceslas went to town, riding on a pony, stuck a feather in his hat and called it macaroni."

I think that may have been the moment...
